The plans are prepared for South African customers and practical local building contexts. The exact site, zoning, title deed conditions, estate rules, engineering requirements, and municipal requirements must still be checked before construction or submission.

A downloaded plan can be used as a starting point for municipal submission, but it is not an automatic guarantee of approval. Your municipality may require site-specific adaptation, additional documents, engineering input, and review or sign-off by an appropriately registered professional.

Use the My Downloads page with the same email address used during checkout. If access is still unavailable after payment confirmation, contact support with your order number so the payment and download entitlement can be checked.

You receive protected access to the digital drawing pack described on the product page. Included drawings differ by product, so review the product's What You Get section before purchasing.

No. Standard downloads are supplied with a single-site licence linked to the customer, order, and building-site details provided during checkout.

CAD or DWG files are not included by default. Standard downloads are PDF drawing packs unless the product page clearly lists another file type. Contact support first if editable files are required.
