Single-Use License Agreement

Upon payment verification, Download House Plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased drawing pack to construct ONE residential structure on ONE specific building stand or ERF property.

The license is tied directly to the customer name, order number, and building stand details captured during checkout.

To enforce licensing compliance, purchased PDF drawings are dynamically stamped with the Licensed Owner, Stand Address, Province, Order Number, and Download Timestamp.

Removing, editing, cropping, or altering the digital license stamp text on any page of the PDF drawings is a direct breach of this agreement and automatically voids your license to build.

Under this single-use license, you are permitted to:

• Print physical copies of the drawings for submission to your local municipality and home owners' association.
• Share copies of the drawings with building contractors, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and structural engineers for pricing and building purposes related to that specific project.
• Submit copies to banks or financial institutions for home loan/building bond applications.

Under this agreement, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Building more than one structure from a single plan purchase. If you plan to build multiple units (e.g. multi-residential units or estates), contact us for multi-unit bulk licensing.
• Reselling, sharing, copying, renting, or redistributing the digital PDF drawings in any form.
• Uploading the digital files to public servers, websites, online forums, cloud link repositories, or marketplaces.
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the architectural designs. All design copyrights remain with CHRIZOO ART AND DESIGN (Pty) Ltd.

Any unauthorized use, copying, or reuse of the designs on multiple stands without purchasing additional licenses constitutes copyright infringement. We actively monitor and log download access records. Violations of this license agreement will result in immediate termination of the license and legal action to recover damages under South African copyright and property laws.
