Download House Plan is operated by CHRIZOO ART & DESIGN (Pty) Ltd (2019/342500/07). We process personal information to provide our digital house-plan services, customer support, payments, downloads, and related communication.

When you place an order, contact us, or register an enquiry on our platform, we collect the following personal information:

• Identity Information: Your full name, surname, and business name (where applicable).
• Contact Details: Your email address and telephone or WhatsApp number.
• Building Site Details: The physical stand address, stand/ERF number, and South African province of your building site (required for issuing single-use plan licenses).
• Transaction Records: Details of the house plans you purchased, order numbers, transaction dates, and download access records.

We process your personal information strictly for the following purposes:

• To compile, process, and complete your purchase orders.
• To verify checkout payments using secure payment gateway notifications.
• To generate secure, temporary download URLs linked to your customer records.
• To dynamically stamp your license details (owner name, stand address, province, order number, and download timestamp) onto purchased PDF drawing packs to protect intellectual property.
• To provide support and handle layout modifications or custom design enquiries via email and WhatsApp.
• To comply with South African tax laws, business audits, and company accounting regulations.

Card, EFT, and supported online payment transactions are processed through a secure external payment gateway. We do not capture, record, or store your raw card, banking, or password details on our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. To fulfill your purchase, we share necessary data with trusted third-party providers:

• Supabase: For cloud hosting, relational data storage, and secure private file storage.
• Payment provider: To process checkout payments and verify payment statuses.
• Resend (or our active mail provider): To dispatch transaction confirmation emails and downloads lookup links.
• WhatsApp (Meta): To facilitate direct support interactions when you click support links on the site.

We protect your personal information using physical, technical, and administrative security measures, including Row-Level Security (RLS) on database tables, SSL data encryption, and time-restricted download tokens. We retain your transaction history, email address, and license stamping metadata indefinitely to verify your single-use licensing rights in the future.

Under POPIA, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections or updates, or object to the processing of your data. You may also request deletion of your information, subject to our statutory record-keeping obligations.
