How It Works
Choose a house plan, complete secure payment, access your verified download, and request professional support if the design needs to be adapted.
1. Choose a house plan
Browse the shop and compare bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, floor area, storeys, style, price, and the drawings included with each product.

Complete checkout using PayFast. Your order is only treated as paid after Download House Plan receives verified payment confirmation.
3. Download your files
After verified payment, eligible files are made available through protected access on the My Downloads page. Digital files are not stored as public download links.
Open My Downloads →4. Request modifications if needed
Contact us if you need room changes, garage adjustments, mirrored layouts, or other design adaptations. Modification work is reviewed and quoted separately.
5. Prepare for municipal submission
Municipal-ready support may be available, but a downloaded plan is not automatically approved for every property or municipality. Site-specific adaptation, local authority documents, engineering input, and review or sign-off by an appropriately registered professional may still be required.
Requirements differ according to the stand, zoning, building lines, title deed conditions, estate rules, municipality, and project scope.
