Refund Policy

Download House Plan is the website and trading brand through which digital house-plan products are sold. Download House Plan is operated by CHRIZOO ART & DESIGN (Pty) Ltd (2019/342500/07).

Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be physically returned or "de-downloaded", all purchases of house plan packages are final and non-refundable once the payment has been verified and the download links generated.

This aligns with standard South African e-commerce regulations regarding digital product delivery under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

If you accidentally purchase the same plan code twice in two separate transactions (e.g. duplicate payments for DHP-001), please contact our support team on WhatsApp or via email within 48 hours of purchase. We will verify the transaction logs and issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

If you experience a technical error on our platform that prevents you from accessing the downloads page or downloading the files, please do not make repeated purchase attempts.

Contact our support team with your order number. We will first assist in delivering the plan files to you manually via email or secure cloud link. If we are completely unable to deliver the files to you due to a system failure, a full refund will be processed.

Please note that we do not issue refunds under any of the following circumstances:

• Your local municipality rejects the submission of the plan due to site-specific zoning, boundary lines, building regulations, or lack of local professional sign-off.
• You realize after purchase that the layout does not fit your stand size (please check minimum stand dimensions listed on the product card before buying).
• You change your mind or decide not to proceed with your building project.

If a plan needs layout changes to pass municipal approval, please contact our support team. We offer plan modification services to adapt the drawings to your specific site guidelines.
