All house plan packages are sold as downloadable digital products (primarily in PDF format). After successful payment confirmation via the PayFast gateway, a secure download link is automatically generated and dispatched to the email address supplied during checkout.

Please verify that your email address is correct before finalizing your order.

Each plan purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license. This license permits you to build the plan on ONE specific site or property (the address or ERF/Stand number captured during checkout and stamped onto the PDF).

Reusing the plan for another project, stand, or build is strictly prohibited without acquiring a new license. Copying, sharing, reselling, or distributing the drawing files to third parties or online marketplaces is a direct violation of copyright laws.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Download House Plan provides architectural plan packages for design, planning, pricing, and adaptation purposes. Municipal submission rules and approval processes differ widely between South African local authorities and specific building sites.

Before submitting plans to your local council, you may need to appoint a suitably qualified architectural professional registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) and/or other required specialists (such as structural engineers) to:

• Review and adapt the drawings to fit the specific site, contours, and boundary conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning guidelines, building lines, and title deed restrictions.
• Compile a site plan showing sewage, water, and electrical connections.
• Formally sign and submit the drawings through the council's submission portal.

Purchasing and downloading a plan does not guarantee municipal approval. Site-specific engineering details (such as concrete slab layouts or foundation designs matching local soil conditions) remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Payments are handled securely by PayFast (Pty) Ltd. When you select payment, you are redirected to PayFast's secure infrastructure to complete your transaction. Your order will only update to "paid" and release download access once PayFast issues a verified Instant Transaction Notification (ITN) to our servers.

Standard plan packages are sold as shown. If you require room adjustments, extension of garages, layout revisions, or council-ready documentation adaptations, you can request custom plan modifications by contacting us on WhatsApp. Custom modifications will be quoted separately.

CHRIZOO ART AND DESIGN (Pty) Ltd retains full copyright and intellectual property ownership of all designs, drawings, and files featured on this platform. The buyer acquires a limited license to build the design once, but does not acquire copyright ownership of the drawings.
