Pricing at a Glance
Ready-made plans
Downloadable house plans have individual ZAR prices shown on their product pages. The selected product page is the best place to confirm the current plan price before checkout.
Custom designs
Custom house plan work is quoted separately because the price depends on the stand, layout brief, floor area, style, drawings required, and level of design work.
Plan modifications
Changes to an existing plan are quoted separately. Simple edits and larger redesigns are priced differently according to the requested scope.
CAD/DWG files
Editable CAD/DWG files are premium or add-on items only where available. They are not included by default in a standard downloadable plan purchase.
Municipal-ready packages
Municipal-ready drawing packages may still require site-specific review, professional sign-off, engineering input, or local authority adjustments. No downloadable plan is a guarantee of municipal approval.
Refunds and licence usage
Refund conditions and usage rights follow the published refund policy and licence terms. Standard licences are for one residential structure on one specific stand.
Product-Specific ZAR Pricing
Each downloadable house plan has its own price in South African rand. Prices are shown on product cards, product detail pages, and checkout screens before payment.
Because product scope and available package options can differ, this page does not duplicate every plan price. Browse the shop to confirm the current price for the plan you want.
Separate Quotes
Custom design, plan modifications, site-specific adaptations, and any premium source-file requests are quoted separately. Contact support with your brief, stand details, preferred style, and required changes so the work can be assessed.
Municipal and Licence Notes
Downloadable plans can help with planning, pricing, and professional review, but they do not promise municipal approval. Local requirements differ, and your project may need site-specific adjustment, engineering input, or professional sign-off.
Standard downloadable plans are supplied for a single use on one specific stand. They should not be reused for multiple stands unless a separate written licence allows it.
